Om Lal is the visionary Founder of BlazeMotor and the driving force behind its Plug-In Hybrid innovation. Determined to solve these real-world problems, he conceptualized BlazeMotor's intelligent Plug-In Hybrid platform — bringing together the efficiency of electric mobility with the reliability of petrol in one seamless vehicle. Saket Adlakha brings a unique combination of engineering expertise, operational leadership, strategic planning, and business development. With a Civil Engineering background, he has worked across industrial operations, infrastructure execution, and large-scale public sector projects, including assignments with the Airports Authority of India (AAI), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), and the Government of Haryana.
At BlazeMotor, he leads business strategy, partnerships, operations, fundraising readiness, manufacturing planning, and execution. His structured approach ensures BlazeMotor's breakthrough technology is supported by scalable business processes and investor-focused growth.
